I visit regularly to make sure everything is in order — doors, windows, plumbing, electricity, security.
If you're returning to Portugal, I'll make sure your home is clean, comfortable, and ready for you (or your guests).
I coordinate cleaning teams, laundry services, and general upkeep, including garden and pool care.
Need help with repairs, deliveries, or meeting service providers? I take care of that too.
I send updates by message or email, always with photos — so you know exactly how your home is doing.

I can operate exclusively on the Silver Coast (Leiria District), serving the following towns: Caldas da Rainha, Óbidos, Peniche, Alcobaça, Nazaré, São Martinho do Porto, and Bombarral.
I live abroad. Can I hire this service remotely?
Yes. The entire process can be conducted remotely, including meetings, proposals, and updates with photos and reports. The only requirement is that someone local provides us access to the house and shows us around at the beginning.
How much does the service cost?
It depends on your specific needs. We provide personalized proposals after an initial assessment.
